1.

understanding (30.000 ft)

First key step in the process of developing an application is understanding YOU, our client.

From there, we research everything from your target audience, to how each user interacts with your current system (if you have a current system) What are they saying? What are they clicking? And what are they missing? We familiarize ourselves with your company and product, as well as outside competitors and what they're releasing into the market.

2.

thinking & planning (10.000 ft)

From there, our white boards get wiped clean and we start sketching, sketching and more sketching!

Base on your needs, objectives, content, target and references we will come up with an idea and a Plan.

3.

Documenting & Designing (3.000 ft)

Once have agreed on an idea and a plan. Now is time to put it down on paper. Paper for us has various formats:

- App features textual description.

- App wireframes & UI Design.

- Server side documentation. (if needed)

Our goal in this stage is to align as much as possible expectations and reality

4.

Development (1.000 ft)

Once we have all the ducks in row, production phase starts. Our technical team strats building the projects.

Doesn't matter if the project is long or not, we try to cut in down in smaller parts so our clients can follow the process and see how the projects evolves.

Communication during the development stage is a key factor for a successful delivery in time.

5.

Review & Adjustments (300 ft)

We know once the app is up and running; and you and others (friends, family, boss, partners) are testing and using the app, new feedback arises or new comments come along.

We reserve a set amount of time for projects in order to conduct proper reviews, tests, bug fixes.

One thing is a fact, the more we work on previous stages, less adjusments are needed at this stage. (we probably adjusted during stages 3 & 4).

6.

Landing the App

Once we are all happy and we gave a great app. We either help your IT team or we publish the application for you.
